FILLS

  • If more than 40% off your lashes are missing that is a full set and you will be charged for a full set.

  • ALL new clients= full set I DO NOT do foreign fills (fill other artists' work).

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Please provide at least a 24 hr notice in the case of rescheduling or cancelling your appt. failure to do so will req a 50% no refundable deposit before any future appt. can be booked. Same goes for no call no show.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • Appts are on made to simplify my life and the life of my clients.  if you feel you may be more than 20 min late PLEASE call me. Appts are time sensitive and in some cases you may need to rebook.

 

REFUNDS

  • No refund will be given for any reason on any service. If you are unhappy with your service contact me within 48 hrs to discuss your concerns and fix the issue if possible.

 

CHILDREN

  • We understand that Mom is super woman and have to have the children but to ensure a serene environment in our spa and to make sure we provide you with top of the line service we ask NO children allowed in spa unless they are receiving service and accompanied by an adult.
